Let’s make it a Sour

Ingredients

• 45ml still water

• 30ml Franz von Fein Rubin

• 15ml lemon juice

• 15ml egg white

• lemon peel

• Ice cubes

How to make?

1. Pour Franz von Fein Rubin with other ingredients in a shaker

2. Add ice cubes and shake for 30s

3. Pour into a maritni or coupe glass

4. Garnish with the lemon peel
