Alcohol-free Tom Collins

This drink impresses with a perfect interplay of acidity, sweetness and freshness and there are numerous legends surrounding its origins.

Was it a certain Mr Collins to have invented the drink in the New York pub "Whitehouse". Or was it the bartender Tom Collins, who works in New Jersey and New York? Or perhaps it was the head waiter at Limmer's Hotel, John Collins, who gave the drink its name.

We don’t know exactly, but what we know that it is tasty as f***; here is a recipe to enjoy it without hangovers

Let’s make it a Tom Collins

Ingredients

  • 60ml Laori Juniper No. 01

  • 30ml fresh lemon juice

  • 20-30ml sugar syrup

  • sparkling water

  • lemon slice

  • Ice cubes

How to make?

  1. Place ice cubes in a highball glass

  2. Pour Laori Juniper No. 01, lemon juice and sugar syrup in a highball glass

  3. Stir and slowly add sparkling

  4. garnish with the lemon slice
