Ingredients
40ml Bitter Hibiscus
160ml tonic water or alcohol-free sparkling wine
10ml 1ime juice or verjus
rosemary twig
ice cubes
How to make?
Put ice cubes in in a wine glass
Add Bitter Hibiscus
Pour tonic water/sparkling wine and lime juice/verjus
Stir gently
Garnish with rosemary twig
