Color-changing Gin and Tonic

The Vogelfrei Color is an excellent alcohol-free gin alternative that captivates with a fascinating color change. For this effect elected extracts from black carrot, lavender, and wild berries, containing natural color molecules are chosen. These color molecules react to the pH level of your drink. Once you add tonic, the color changes from a violet hue to a delicate pink.

Ingredients

• 60ml Vogelfrei Color

• 160ml tonic water or alcohol-free sparkling wine

• grapefruit zest

• ice cubes

How to make?

1. Put ice cubes in in a highball glass

2. Add Vogelfrei Color

3. Pour tonic water on top and stir gently

4. Garnish with grapefruit zest
